DMCA Relay is a service of Figure13 LLC. Your use of DMCA Relay is governed by the Figure13 LLC Terms & Conditions, together with the DMCA Relay–specific terms below. If anything here conflicts with the Figure13 LLC Terms & Conditions, the terms below control for matters specific to the DMCA Relay service.
Service eligibility
DMCA Relay is intended for general-purpose websites, platforms, and services with user-generated content. We’re unable to provide DMCA agent service for sites or services that primarily host or distribute:
- Sexually explicit or adult content, or
- Pirated, counterfeit, or otherwise illegally distributed copyrighted material.
We reserve the right to decline registration, or to suspend or terminate service, for any site that falls into these categories or otherwise misrepresents the nature of its content during signup.
Billing & automatic renewal
As part of the registration process for DMCA Relay, you’ll be prompted to store a credit card with our payment processor. By storing a card, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
- Automatic annual renewal. Your DMCA Relay subscription will renew automatically each year, and your stored card will be charged the applicable renewal fee, unless you cancel before the renewal date.
- Per-notice fees. You authorize us to automatically charge your stored card any applicable “per-Notice” fee as notices are processed on your account:
- Starter plan: a per-Notice fee applies to every notice you receive.
- Standard and Enterprise plans: a per-Notice fee applies only to notices received beyond your plan’s included allotment.
